I can’t say enough good things about this company and specifically about Nate Williams who went the extra mile and more to obtain the needed info. my resistant insurance company wanted. Other roofers backed away when I named my company, not wanting to take on the challenge, but he did not. I would not have a badly needed and entitled to new roof to replace my 20+ year old damaged one but for his efforts. My house looks beautiful, the quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. Nate’s professionalism and enthusiasm are very much appreciated. A+ company!

From the start, we were impressed by Impact Roofing’s customer focus and prompt service. Robert Allen arrived with his positive and comforting attitude within hours of our initial cell conversation to inspect for storm damage. He was extremely professional, polite, punctual, and prepared. He thoroughly described the initial inspection process, his findings, and the path forward. He worked with our insurance company to finalize our claim by negotiating the needed replacement materials and the fully itemized labor agreement. Amazingly, my out-of-pocket costs were limited to my deductible. Jon Mathers and his company, Impact Roofing and Construction, definitely are 5-star rated!
